Encana to Hold Conference Call and Webcast on First Quarter 2014 Results and Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 13, 2014

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - May 7, 2014) - Encana Corporation (TSX:ECA)(NYSE:ECA) will release its first quarter 2014 results and hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. The news release detailing Encana's first quarter 2014 results will provide operating and financial information. Financial statements will be available on the company's website.

A conference call and webcast to discuss the results will be held for the investment community the same day beginning at 7 a.m. MT (9 a.m. ET). To participate, please dial (888) 231-8191 (toll-free in North America) or (647) 427-7450 approximately 10 minutes prior to the conference call.
